Shipping Policy#

This Shipping Policy describes the terms and conditions for delivery of products purchased on the 7Net platform.

1. Shipping Methods#

2. Order Processing#

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs#

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  1. Weight and dimensions of the package
  2. Destination address
  3. Shipping method selected
  4. Vendor location relative to the buyer

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold, as indicated on the product page.

4. International Shipping#

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility
  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
  • Some products may not be eligible for international shipping

5. Tracking Your Order#

Once shipped, you can track your order through:

  • Your 7Net account dashboard
  • Email notifications with tracking links
  • SMS updates (where available)

6. Delivery Issues#

If you experience any delivery issues:

  • Delayed delivery – Contact us if your order exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days
  • Lost package – We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund
  • Damaged package – Take photos and file a claim within 48 hours of delivery
