Vendor Code of Conduct#
All vendors on 7Net are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behaviour.
1. Core Principles#
- Honesty – Provide accurate information about products and services
- Integrity – Act ethically in all business dealings
- Respect – Treat customers, other vendors, and platform staff with respect
- Compliance – Follow all applicable laws and platform policies
2. Customer Relations#
Vendors must:
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Resolve complaints professionally and promptly
- Honour published prices, warranties, and return policies
- Never misrepresent product quality, origin, or specifications
3. Fair Competition#
Vendors must not:
- Engage in price-fixing or collusion with other vendors
- Post fake reviews (positive for themselves or negative for competitors)
- Manipulate search rankings through keyword stuffing or other tactics
- Copy product listings or images from other vendors
4. Quality Standards#

5. Environmental Responsibility#

- Comply with environmental regulations
- Obtain sustainability certifications (recommended)
6. Labour Practices#
Vendors must ensure:
- No child labour in their supply chain
- Fair wages and safe working conditions
- Non-discrimination in employment practices
- Compliance with local labour laws
7. Violations#
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Formal warnings
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action where appropriate
