Commission Policy#
This policy outlines the commission structure and fee schedule for vendors selling on the 7Net marketplace.
1. Commission Structure#
7Net charges a commission on each successful sale. Rates vary by product category:

2. Additional Fees#

3. Payout Schedule#
- Payouts are processed bi-weekly (1st and 15th of each month)
- Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
- Funds are held for 7 days after delivery confirmation before becoming eligible
4. Payout Methods#
Available payout methods:
- Bank transfer (ACH / wire)
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (coming soon)
5. Refund Impact#
When a refund is issued:
- The full commission is refunded to the vendor
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable
- Partial refunds result in proportional commission adjustments
6. Disputes#
If you believe a commission charge is incorrect:
- Navigate to your Vendor Dashboard → Financials
- Click "Dispute" on the transaction in question
- Provide supporting documentation
- Our finance team will review within 5 business days
7. Changes#
7Net reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' advance notice via email and platform notification.
