Warranty Policy#
This policy outlines the warranty coverage provided for products purchased through the 7Net platform.
1. Warranty Coverage#
Products sold on 7Net may come with:
- Manufacturer warranty – provided directly by the product manufacturer
- Vendor warranty – additional coverage offered by the seller
- 7Net Buyer Protection – platform-level protection for qualifying orders
2. Standard Warranty Period#

3. What Is Covered#
- Manufacturing defects
- Material failures under normal use
- Component malfunctions
- Cosmetic damage (case-by-case)
4. What Is Not Covered#
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accident
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Damage from improper storage or handling
- Products used outside their intended purpose
5. Filing a Warranty Claim#
- Navigate to your Order History in your 7Net account
- Select the order and click "File Warranty Claim"
- Provide a description and photos of the issue
- The vendor will review your claim within 5 business days
- If approved, a replacement or repair will be arranged
6. Resolution Options#
When a warranty claim is approved:
- Repair – The item is repaired at no cost to you
- Replacement – A new item is shipped to you
- Refund – A full or partial refund is issued
