Warranty Policy#

This policy outlines the warranty coverage provided for products purchased through the 7Net platform.

1. Warranty Coverage#

Products sold on 7Net may come with:

  • Manufacturer warranty – provided directly by the product manufacturer
  • Vendor warranty – additional coverage offered by the seller
  • 7Net Buyer Protection – platform-level protection for qualifying orders

2. Standard Warranty Period#

3. What Is Covered#

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failures under normal use
  • Component malfunctions
  • Cosmetic damage (case-by-case)

4. What Is Not Covered#

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accident
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Damage from improper storage or handling
  • Products used outside their intended purpose

5. Filing a Warranty Claim#

  1. Navigate to your Order History in your 7Net account
  2. Select the order and click "File Warranty Claim"
  3. Provide a description and photos of the issue
  4. The vendor will review your claim within 5 business days
  5. If approved, a replacement or repair will be arranged

6. Resolution Options#

When a warranty claim is approved:

  • Repair – The item is repaired at no cost to you
  • Replacement – A new item is shipped to you
  • Refund – A full or partial refund is issued
